Start with a product pack
Our packs kick start your business and maximize savings. Venture Consultants require at least 2,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume). A Welcome Kit will automatically be added to your order with your product pack.

Set up your monthly order
Put the products you use every month on a subscription. It keeps you commission qualified, locks in consultant pricing and means you always have product on hand to share.
Minimum monthly volume: the plan requires 400 PSV accumulated once to qualify as an Associate Consultant, then 180 PSV each month to hold your paid as Associate status and stay eligible for team commissions. Send customers to your own replicated store, sponsor people who want what you have, and the company handles payment, shipping and support while you earn retail profit, bonuses and team commissions.

Seven ways to get paid, one simple habit
The compensation plan rewards the volume you and your team create as you build a personal customer base. Everything below comes from the official plan, and the numbers are quoted as published rather than promised.
Customer retail profit
Earn the margin between your consultant price and the retail price on every customer order, which runs from 5% to 30%. The company ships and handles support, so there is no inventory in your garage.
Customer purchase bonus
As your customer sales volume grows through the month you unlock 5%, 10% and then 20% of commissionable volume on those customer orders. Subscriptions keep this bonus coming back every month.
Business builder bonus
Help new consultants get started and earn 5% to 20% of the commissionable volume they generate in their first month. Enrol three or more in a month and the rate moves to the top tier.
Team commissions
Team commissions pay up to 47% of commissionable volume across your organisation as you teach others to sell and sponsor. This is the leverage part of the plan.
Moving up bonuses
Every new rank pays a one time bonus, from Silver at $200 through Platinum at $10,000, and the accelerated schedule pays across several months when you reach the rank quickly and hold it.
Leadership pools
Sponsor moving up bonuses reward you when the people you coach advance, starting at $250 when a downline consultant promotes to Gold, and qualified Senior Platinum consultants share in a monthly bonus pool.

Rank advancement bonuses, paid once per rank
Advance and maintain a rank and the moving up bonus is paid. Advance faster and the accelerated schedule pays the bonus again across the following months, provided you keep the rank.

Team commissions pay up to 47% of commissionable volume across ranks from Associate to Platinum, and the Senior Platinum pool shares up to 0.5% of company volume each month. Bonus amounts are published in euro by the company.

Each month you qualify on two simple numbers: your personal volume, which can come from your own order or from the customers you personally refer, and your team volume, which is everything your organisation sells. As those numbers grow you move from Associate through Silver, Gold, Diamond, Executive Diamond and Platinum, and each rank unlocks a deeper level of team commission plus a one time moving up bonus.
Nothing resets your rank overnight. You hold a rank by maintaining the volume that earned it, which is why we teach customer first selling instead of pushing large personal orders.
